Who has the authority to provide scouted other artist? Automatic or manual from staff?
@Nijaliz I don't know if this is correct but I think it's by those scouted artists. Scouted Artists can also scout others if they accept it (shows a button in the art pieces). if their art are low quality or doesn't qualify the art portal standard might result a pruned, is it what it's called? resulting to lose your scout statue.
so yeah it's by those artists or moderators?

Art Portal is the place were all the art shared in the site goes when published. We refer to the various places that way (audio portal for audio, movie portal for animations and game portal for games).
Until now, all your art went to the art portal in the undiscovered tab (which usually means new users or users with low quality art), but now you've been scouted, which means someone thinks your art is so cool it deserves to be seen by many more
